Refunds and returns policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items :

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial reimbursements are granted:

  • Book showing obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or open vinyl record.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Reimbursement

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is booked.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only normal price items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@bysissi.com and send your article to : Avenue des Alpes 128, 1820 Montreux, Vaud.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not indicated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient of the gift had the order sent to you as a gift at a later date, we will send a refund to the recipient of the gift, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send it to the following address Avenue des Alpes 128, 1820 Montreux, Vaud

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
