Lingerie
Your BY SISSI lingerie deserves to be well cared for. We recommend that you follow the care instructions on the label, as they are specific to each item.
Does your bra fit your body perfectly?
- Hand wash, avoiding heavy rubbing and using mild detergents.
- Tulle items can be machine-washed on a delicate cycle at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
- Use a wash bag to protect your lingerie and washing machine.
- Do not use chlorine or bleach, and prefer a mild detergent, especially for dark colours.
- We do not recommend dry cleaning.
- Ironing is not recommended.
Silk pyjamas
GENERAL CARE FOR YOUR SILK PYJAMAS
- Hand wash, avoiding vigorous rubbing and using mild detergents.
- Avoid machine washing, even at 30 degrees.
- Do not tumble dry, dry in the shade.
- Do not use chlorine or bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- It is not advisable to iron silk outfits.
SPECIFIC CARE FOR EACH TYPE OF FABRIC
Lingerie and pyjamas share similar care, but some fabrics require special attention. Below, you will find detailed information on the specific care given to the fabrics used in our creations.
Silk
Washing: Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Avoid wringing and use mild detergents.
Drying: Dry in the shade, out of direct sunlight, to avoid discolouration.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from rough objects that could damage the fabric.
Lace
Washing: Choose to wash by hand or on the gentle cycle in the washing machine. Use wash bags to protect them from hooks and zips.
Drying: Hang to dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
Storage: gently folded to prevent warping.
Tulle
Washing: Hand wash or delicate cycle. Use a wash bag to protect them.
Drying: Leave to dry naturally, avoiding direct heat.
Storage : Fold gently to preserve the integrity of the fabric.
Embroidered tulle
Washing: Hand wash gently with neutral soap.
Drying: Dry in the shade to preserve the embroidered details.
Storage: Store carefully to avoid damaging the embroidery.
Microfibre
Washing: Machine wash in lukewarm to cold water with a mild detergent.
Drying: Dry at a low temperature to preserve the fabric's properties.
Storage: avoid washing with items that release lint.
Modal
Washing: Wash on delicate cycle in cold water.
Drying: Air dry to preserve softness.
Storage : Fold gently to avoid creases.
Ecological cotton
Washing: Machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent.
Drying: Air dry to preserve the properties of the cotton.
Storage: Fold or hang in airy places.
Velvet
Washing: Wash inside out in cold or lukewarm water.
Drying: Dry in the shade to avoid damaging the fabric.
Storage : Fold to retain the original shape.
