The fact that we do not offer economy shipping may be linked to the weight of your order.

We're sorry, but we're unable to deliver to military bases.
For orders sent by Air Mail, we are unable to reschedule deliveries as we cannot intercept air parcels. In the event of non-delivery, the order may be returned to our warehouse. This process may take some time, even several weeks. A refund will be made once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse.
For orders sent by Courrier Express, depending on the delivery service and the location of the order, it is possible to reschedule delivery.
