I CAN'T CONNECT TO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you receive a message saying that your e-mail address/password has not been recognised, proceed as follows:

Make sure you use the same registered email address and password. You can have several accounts.

Check that your capital letters are not blocked by mistake and/or that you are using the special characters you have chosen.

If you can't remember your password, click on the "forgot password" link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and we will send you an e-mail with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

If you are still unable to connect, please contact us with as much detail as possible.

CAN YOU CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF MY BILL?

If you have any problems placing an order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Close the browser: close the browser, open it again and try to place the order.
  2. Delete cookies: Cookies are small files stored on your computer to recognise you on subsequent visits. We recommend that you delete cookies, but first log in so as not to lose the items in your shopping basket or the information saved. Most browsers allow you to delete cookies in the settings, usually under "Tools" or "History".
  3. Use a supported browser: make sure you are using a fully supported browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

- Which browser do you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)?

- Describe the actions you have taken so far to try and solve the problem.
